I was the Head of Global Sales Compensation at Groupon overseeing the sales incentives of over 1,000 sellers. Groupon was once the fastest growing company ever due to its massively growing sales force.
I most recently oversaw sales operations, compensation, and strategy for Sprout Social for over 500 sellers. I joined at <$30m (three years pre-IPO) and have helped scale it to $300m+. Sprout Social is among the top ten highest rated sales organization among all Enterprise-level companies across the country (rated higher than Google, AWS, and HubSpot sales teams!).
I decided to create a small consulting practice to bring a wealth of experience and execution to smaller teams for less than what it would cost to hire a full-time role in-house.
